The 90-day arc

Three phases. One transformation.

Atma Bodha moves through three phases, each building on the last. By the end you don't just feel different, you understand why, and you have the tools to keep it.

01
Days 1–30

Foundation: understanding your body

The first month is diagnostic. We map your sleep, stress, posture, breath patterns and energy through the day. You complete a private intake assessment, and we find the two or three places where your body holds the most tension. You learn the core breath, posture and grounding practices that everything else builds on. By the end of month one you'll already feel calmer, and you'll know exactly why.

Days 31–60

Practice: building your private toolkit

Month two is where the work goes deep. We build a daily practice around your life, five to fifteen minutes most days, shaped to your schedule. We work on the specific issues that surfaced in month one: chronic tension, mental overwhelm, broken sleep, the patterns you keep repeating. You learn pranayama, meditation and movement sequences you can use anywhere, for the rest of your life.

Days 61–90

Integration: the practice becomes you

The final month is about embedding everything into your daily life so it lasts beyond the programme. We refine your practice, work on the deeper questions that often emerge halfway through, and design what your ongoing wellness rhythm looks like once we're done. You leave Atma Bodha with a complete personal practice, the discernment to keep refining it, and a different relationship to your own body and mind.

The application process.

Atma Bodha is small by design — only 8 active participants at any time. Applications are reviewed personally by Sudesh, because the fit needs to be right on both sides.

If it feels like a good fit on paper, we have a 30-minute conversation — in person, on Zoom, or over the phone. No pressure, no pitch.

Begin together

If we both decide to work together, you join the next monthly intake. Programmes begin the first Monday of every month.
